Construction underway

Approval has now been granted for the first major residential and commercial buildings at Central Park. Construction of 'One Central Park' - two residential towers above a six-level retail centre, designed by Parisian architect Jean Nouvel - will begin before Christmas. Construction has been underway on the main park and new roads since March 2010 and a dramatic sales pavilion is nearing completion on Broadway as this $2 billion new urban village prepares for sales launch in August.
