    FUTURE STAGES PREVIEW RELEASE OF PARK LANE

    You have been invited to inspect Park Lane prior to the public release.

    As demand for Park Lane is so strong, we have brought forward this preview opportunity, with appointments beginning just ahead of the completion of two new Park Lane display apartments within the Central Park Display Pavilion.

    During your private preview appointment you will be personally escorted through the Central Park display pavilion to view the Park Lane model, floor plans and finishes.

    At the conclusion of your appointment you will be invited to secure the apartment of your choice with a $5000 holding deposit (paid by cheque or EFT transfer), strictly requiring Exchange within 5 days. If you choose not to proceed to Exchange, this payment will be promptly refunded. A top-up payment of the balance of the deposit, which results in the deposit being 10% of the purchase price, is required within 14 days of Exchange.
