One Central Park

Introduction

There are three broadly typical levels in One Central Park East and One Central Park West. The typical levels are repeated in sets of three, which creates an engagingly articulated facade, and a wide range of apartment options from top to bottom of the towers.

Levels 4 and 5 on both towers are a little unusual as they address the pool deck and recreation podium. These levels will be released in stages in the first half of 2011 once planning for the pool deck is finalised.
