One Central Park, now selling

    It's hard to miss the giant 'Central Park' sculptural letters now glowing along Broadway, in front of the newly completed Central Park Display Pavilion. The first residential release at Central Park, called 'One Central Park', is now selling within this dramatic and comprehensive building, with its living wall by Patrick Blanc, 4 display apartments and huge project model.

    Inspection of One Central Park is exclusively by prior appointment at this stage, so we can offer clients a peaceful inspection and the dedicated attention of our staff. Several thousand people have registered their interest in Central Park since 2007, so we've invited these clients to view One Central Park before the public launch, as an expression of our appreciation for their patience.

    Central Park Display Pavilion will throw the doors open to the public for more casual visits sometime in October.
