    ARCHITECTS AND DESIGNERS JEPPE AAGAARD ANDERSEN

    After training at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Cophenhagen, Jeppe Aagaard Andersen realized his true calling as a landscape architect.

    Based in the beautiful city of Cophenhagen, Jeppe Aagaard Andersen travels regularly to Australia where he has designed several high-profile landscapes including Hyde Park Sydney, the campus at Sydney University and Southbank Cultural Precinct in Melbourne.

    Since 1987, he has designed spectacular landscapes for castles, palaces, churches, hotels and manors in Europe, Australia and Asia, receiving dozens of prestigious awards including the Eckersberg Medal in 2004 and the Europa Nostra Heritage Award in 2000.

    At Central Park, Jeppe Aagaard Andersen is shaping more than 36,000 square meters of parks and public spaces in partnership with Mike Horne, Director of Turf Design in Sydney.

    Andersen says he is passionate about creating rich and layered environments that bring people together, and believes the world’s most interesting cities are distinguished by the quality and diversity of their outdoor spaces.
