Johnson Pilton Walker have crafted the interior schemes for Park Lane. There is one high standard of finish, with four colour palettes to choose from, named for the seasons: Spring, Summer, Winter and Autumn.

Park Lane's interiors are crafted for a lifestyle imbued with everyday luxury – a comfortable and finely-crafted haven in which to live, work, entertain and unwind. Characterised by beautiful finishes and a profound relationship with the adjoining park, each apartment is a glimpse into the potential of a personal living space that is both independent and yet seamlessly integrated within a vibrant inner-city precinct.

Particular emphasis has been given to thoughtful, considered design which is reflected in the careful selection of quality materials. The colour schemes feature a refined palette of pale oak or warm walnut on either floors or joinery, cool greys and white walls that evoke a sense of calm and space reflected in the loggias which overlook the park below. In the display pavilion, a one bedroom + study apartment styled in the 'Winter' colour scheme is home to rich earth colours and an American walnut veneer that convey a distinct feeling of luxury and sophistication, with separate and adaptable living zones to meet a variety of modern lifestyle needs.
