    SHOP FUTURE RETAIL STAGES

    Central Park will be rich with retail experiences, woven into the living, working and recreational life of the precinct. Each retail offering will be different from the next, with distinctly different retail zones, each expressing a different aspect of Central Park's character, and collectively reflecting the diverse, eclectic character of Sydney's new downtown.

    Central | This five level retail centre has a 'global youth' focus: two levels of fashion and technology, two levels of food and entertainment, oen level of fresh food and grocery. This mix will offer a magnetic retail destination, while delivering all the daily needs of the residents and workers making their base at Central Park.     The Brewery Yard | This glorious heritage warehouse at the very centre of Central Park offers a unique opportunity. At this stage, plans are afoot for ground level food and beverage precinct - outdoor dining in an open plaza, bars, cafes and dining options, spilling out onto Chippendale Green. Architect Tzannes Associates is responsible for the adaptive re-use and transformation of the Brewery Yard.

    Kensington Lane | This existing street defines the cityside edge of Central Park. Lined with heritage warehouses and terraces, Kensington Lane presents a rare opportunity to transform an abandoned corner of urban Sydney into an active, characterful city laneway, lined with bars, cafes, boutique retail and creative businesses. We're imagining a Melbourne-style laneway, eclectic, dynamic and human-scaled.
