    LIVE FUTURE STAGES

Central Park is a multi-stage $2 billion urban village, with a wonderfully diverse collection of residential opportunities arising in stages across 8-10 years while Central Park takes shape.

The first residential stage, One Central Park, designed by Jean Nouvel with PTW Architects, was released for sale in August 2010 and is now under construction. You can find out all about One Central Park here.

The second residential stage of Central Park, Park Lane, offers true park living in the city, in a pair of theatrical buildings designed by JPW Architects, located right alongside Chippendale Green - the 6,400sqm of parkland at the heart of Central Park.

The two buildings of Park Lane are linked by a Mews-style laneway lined with one bedroom terrace-style homes and SOHOs, intimately connected to the park. The distinctive facades feature irregular panels of coloured and textured glass, concealing flexible loggias within. 1, 3 and 5 Park Lane are the addresses for the low-rise eight-storey park-side buildng, with 8 Park Lane rising on the other side of the laneway to 18 storeys.

Park Lane enjoys all the same amenities and facilites of One Central Park - notably an extensive fitness centre and swimming pool - and also has some remarkable facilities exclusively for Park Lane's residents, designed to extend the park into the fabric of the buildings: two outdoor spas on an expansive sundeck carved out of the park-front building, rooftop gardens and indoor/outdoor lobby lounges. 8 Park Lane's expansive foyer will feature a Concierge, with services available to all residents.

Park Lane received planning approval in December 2010 and is scheduled for release to the market by Winter 2011. We are currently collecting registrations of interest in Park Lane and strongly encourage that you do register so we can ensure you are given the first opportunity to view Park Lane once released for sale. Register online, by phone to 1300 857 057, by e-mail to cp@frasersproperty.com.au or just drop in to the Central Park Display Pavilion at 80 Broadway - open daily from 10am to 6pm.

Beyond these two first stages, future residential releases will include:

    • A Richard Johnson-designed residential tower at the south eastern corner of the main park, adjoining Park Lane. Design development is well underway for this stage, with launch to the market scheduled for 2011.
    • Future residential along Wellington Street, on the Chippendale edge of Central Park - architect not yet appointed.
    • Future residential along O'Connor Street, on corner of Abercrombie Street - architect not yet appointed.
