Based in London, Foster + Partners has designed some of the world’s most famous buildings such as the Reichstag in Berlin, the great court at the British Museum, and Chek Lap Kok Airport in Hong Kong.
Its founder, Sir Norman Foster, is considered Britain’s most distinguished architect thanks to a portfolio of work that spans the globe. He received the Pritzker Prize in 1999 and the Praemium Imperiale in 2002, and in 1999, he secured a life peerage in the Queen’s birthday honours, earning the impressive title, ‘Lord Foster of Thames Bank’.
Foster + Partners is at the helm of Central Park’s design team, responsible for finessing the masterplan. It has also designed a flagship commercial precinct on Broadway, which delivers spacious, flexible offices and extends the CBD towards the south.
