Central Park is literally surrounded by Sydney’s best and brightest. It lies directly across the road from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), and the University of Sydney is just fifteen minutes away by foot. Other educational facilities in the area include Ultimo TAFE on Broadway, the University of Notre Dame, the University of Southern Queensland and Curtin University.

In addition to being surrounded by Sydney’s top universities, Central Park is strengthening its ties to the student community in other exciting ways. It devised its sustainability strategy in partnership with UTS’ Institute of Sustainable Futures, and UTS’ architectural refurbishment (due for completion by 2020) will also transform Broadway beyond recognition. Upon completion, Sydney’s CBD will no longer end at Liverpool Street, but will extend towards the south, encompassing the iconic architectural designs of UTS and Central Park.
