On Tuesday 18 March, Frasers Property received approval from the Department of Planning to commence demolition works on the Frasers Broadway site. As part of this approval, Frasers must adhere to a number of conditions including work times and staging, truck movements and access, and waste management.
Since December 2007, Frasers has had a dedicated community relations officer, Graeme Soward, on the ground to provide a one-stop information and access point for residents. Our demolition works constitute one of the biggest recycling projects undertaken in the world. We are committed to targeting 90% of building waste by weight recycling. This includes 100% recycling of steel, iron and timber.

This is a significant and exciting stage in the evolution of the Frasers Broadway precinct.
