    The first release of apartments within One Central Park sold out in a flash and sales have now reached 50% of the 623 apartments in this first residential stage of Central Park. 100 new apartments have now been released, offering a new mix of one bedroom suites, one bedroom apartments, dual-key apartments and a collection of two bedroom floor plans.

    Pricing within the new release ranges from $515,000 to $1.2million, with two bedroom properties from low $800,000s.
